This is a Beta Version 2 that I just updated.  I have this project on Artstation as well.

I lived in Florida for most of my life and I got inspired by Florida natural beauty and Natural Springs all over the State.

 
Keep in mind:
-This is a Beta, I wanted to upload and post something and will continue to update it off and on
-More Detail, Decals Planned
-Brightness Adjust Planned (completed)
-Better menu maybe Planned
-Swimming Almost Finished and will Probably add another small spring or pond somewhere else on the level
-The Lighting and Post Process needs tweaked, yes I know
-I plan to add another material blend layer around the water where it meets the shore to make the sand look wet
-More and More Details, FX, etc planned

 As of now it is Pretty Optimized for what all you see.
What you see is all In game demo footage, none of it is Rendered footage. I am not an artist per say and don't really do Rendered footage Much, although I have before on smaller projects. Rendered footage always looks 10X better, but lets be real and honest. Actual in game footage never looks that good as Rendered footage and if it did we would see like 10fps lol. I wish we had the hardware and Tech for that right now. That being said I hope you enjoy the media.
**I have it compressed as much as possible from approx 20GB down to 10.5 - 11gb for the playable tech demo.

 
Test Rig is:
Amd 5800X3D
Amd 6900xt / 6950xt
32GB Ram and NVME
Gets right at 60 FPS and a little more on the EPIC Preset
70's-80's FPS on HIGH Preset
100's FPS on MEDIUM Preset
140-150's FPS on POTATO Preset

 
It runs surprisingly well for all of the dense vegetation.
You can go in and press the associated numpad keys to further adjust and customize your performance / visuals
Numpad 1 = 100% Resolution Scale (TSR Native)
Numpad 2 = 80% Resolution Scale
Numpad 3 = 67% Resolution Scale
Numpad 4 = 50% Resolution Scale

 
**Beta V2 is Currently Uploaded as of 6-4-24**
New in V2
-Press V to toggle between Third and First Person Views - First Person View now added!
-Cameras attached to the Player are now Smooth - Edited the global post process volume just a little to make the green / yellow vegetation pop more.
-Added a short 2-3 second cutscene when play is clicked, and also fixed the first spawn Shadow bug

-Brightness adjust bar added
